Our process Reputation cleaning strategy
We act in a phased manner to achieve the quickest and most effective result:
Legal analysis of the review: We study the content. Is it opinion or defamation? Is it a real customer or a bot? We gather evidence of its falsehood.
Legal requirement to the platform: We are not using the standard button. We are sending a reasoned legal brief to Google's legal department (or the platform), demanding immediate removal for infringement of fundamental rights.
Request to author (if known): If we know who it is, we will send a certified letter demanding immediate deletion under threat of civil and criminal legal action.
Legal proceedings (identification and lawsuit) If it is not deleted, we will go to court. Anonymous user identification and deletion
Problem. Restaurant defamed by an anonymous user who falsely claimed food poisoning (serious and untrue allegation).
