Two sides of the same coin: Lack of transparency and financial abuse
We know that financial pressure is unbearable. Identify your struggle:
Loss of Savings You invested on your bank's advice and lost capital on complex products (swaps, funds) without being informed of the real risks.
Vulture Fund Harassment Your debt has been sold to companies such as Intrum, Axactor or Cerberus, and you are now being harassed by phone or have been sued under a payment order procedure.
Lack of Transparency (MiFID) The bank failed in its legal duty to ensure that you understood the product and that it was suitable for your risk profile.
Fear of litigation You've received a court notification for a debt you thought was forgotten.
«The greatest risk is helplessness. The key is to respond with strategy and financial knowledge.

Investment (Attack): If it is a matter of funds, we will file a claim for MiFID breach, seeking the annulment of the contract and the return of your lost capital.
Vulture Fund (Defence/Negotiation): If it is a debt, we file a defence against the claim and take legal action to force a settlement (debt relief) or to have the claim dismissed on the grounds of procedural irregularities.
Execution: We will ensure that the bank pays you your compensation or that the vulture fund withdraws the lawsuit following the debt-relief agreement.
