My professional journey is underpinned by the conviction that Law is not merely a tool for resolving disputes, but a strategic lever for protecting interests and fostering trust. With a solid educational background and technical specialisation acquired over years of study and practice, my aim is to provide each client with rigorous, personable, and effective legal advice, particularly in tax, commercial, and civil matters.
Throughout my career, I've learned that the difference lies not solely in legal knowledge, but in the ability to anticipate risks, provide solutions, and defend my clients' interests with the utmost dedication and technical proficiency.
My academic education began with obtaining the Double Degree in Law and Public Management and Administration from the University of Seville (2012-2017), which allowed me to acquire a comprehensive view of public institutions, administrative mechanisms, and the functioning of the private sector in its relationship with the law.
Having completed my university studies, I directed my career towards excellence in the legal and tax fields, preparing for the opposition to the State Tax Inspectors' Higher Corps between 2017 and 2021. This period not only equipped me with a deep understanding of the Spanish tax system and inspection procedures, but also with a rigorous work methodology and a high-level analytical capacity.
I supplemented my education by completing the Master's degree for Access to the Legal Profession, which allowed me to refine my skills in the practical exercise of law and deepen my knowledge of legal advice in complex and changing environments.
Currently, as a barrister registered under number 10,927 with the Illustrious Bar Association of Malaga, my activity focuses on legal advice and defence in matters such as:
- Tax Law, including tax planning, tax procedures, and defence in economic-administrative and contentious-administrative proceedings.
- Commercial Law, with particular dedication to Company Law and the legal structure of businesses.
- Civil Law, covering contracts, civil liability, and the resolution of legal disputes between individuals.
My professional commitment is based on offering legal solutions tailored to each case, combining technical expertise, strategic vision, and a personal approach. The defence of my clients' interests and the pursuit of effective results are the focus of my daily activity.
